Humanistic
A warm, non-judgmental approach that honours your individuality, strengths, values and capacity for growth.
I am an Integrative, Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist who believes that meaningful healing happens when we work with the whole person - not only the thoughts and experiences they can put into words, but also emotions, relationships, patterns and the body's response to what has been lived through.
My work draws primarily from Humanistic and Psychodynamic psychotherapy, while integrating embodied and relational practices to meet each client where they are. Therapy is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to your needs, pace and goals.

Explores the deeper emotional patterns, relationship dynamics and earlier experiences that may continue to shape the present.
Prioritises emotional safety, choice, trust and empowerment, recognising how overwhelming experiences can affect both mind and body.
Where appropriate, I bring attention to body sensations, breath, movement and the therapeutic relationship because sometimes the body communicates what words cannot.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma and grief. I also support clients who feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns and want to understand themselves at a deeper level.
Relationships can become caught in cycles of conflict, distance, disappointment or disconnection. Couples counselling offers a space for both partners to slow down, understand the pattern beneath the conflict, communicate more honestly and rebuild emotional connection and safety.
My approach is not about deciding who is right or wrong. It is about helping the couple understand what is happening between them - and creating healthier ways of relating.
Grief is not something that simply needs to be 'gotten over'. It can change how we experience ourselves, our relationships and our future. Grief counselling provides a compassionate space to process loss, make room for difficult emotions and gradually find a way of carrying the loss while reconnecting with life.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Therapy can be the space where you begin to understand, reconnect and move forward.
